System Overview
500CPU03 1HDF700003R5122 easily and quickly creates an AI based error detection system by connecting CONPROSYS and partner solutions. This allows customers to collect data, choose analysis models, and register teaching (normal) data or supplementary teaching (accuracy improvement) data on their own.
This system is just an example solution developed using Contec's CONPROSYS and NTC Corporation's LOSS Ø - Standard, providing an automated detection solution for the manufacturing industry.
CONPROSYS is used to collect data from external clamp type current sensors installed on cables that supply power to equipment such as compressors, mixers, and cutting machines.
The collected data is used in the LOSS Ø - Standard analysis model, and analysis can be initiated by specifying and registering a normal mode. Users can also use the Remodel feature to fine tune the model themselves to improve accuracy.
